We Regret to Inform You
We regret to inform you that Brent Edward Vallens passed away in December 2019 after a fast and aggressive battle with cancer. We understand that this may be shocking or saddening to you and we apologize for such, these events came with very little warning. It has been an honor and a privilege for us to be able to help so many people over the last 39 years and we hope nothing but the best to all of our clients and their families.
We are able to transfer your personal files back to you directly or to an attorney of your choosing. Please email us at BVallens@gmail.com with your name, where you would like your files mailed, and we will respond and gather your files and send them to you along with a receipt for your files.

If we we unable to reach you based on the contact information we have for you OR if you are unable to contact us by Feb 1st, 2020 then all documents that are outside the legal statutory requirement for being held will be destroyed in accordance with CA State Bar guidelines. Files and documents that are not within the statutory limit to be destroyed will be held until such time as they can legally be destroyed or until we are contacted by an authorized party whom we can release said items to.
